My 12 year old had his first ear irrigation this evening . He normally has microsuctioning at Addenbrookes however the last few times have been painful and unsuccessful. This was the first time I have seen him relaxed and smiling throughout the procedure.
Ali was so professional, made him feel at ease, comfortable and happy. He can now hear better with his hearing aids. He was talking all the way home how great it was. Thankyou for making it such a nice and positive experience. He says he will tell his audiologist next week, no more micro-suctioning.
Will be coming back again.
